The route

One corridor. Malaysia to the Gulf.

Product leaves a Malaysian production line, clears entry through the UAE, and spreads across the Gulf from there. We can reach the rest of ASEAN, but Malaysia is where we are strongest.

One corridor. Malaysia to the Gulf.Route map of South East Asia and the Gulf. The main lane runs from Malaysia to the UAE, then spreads outward to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore and Indonesia are marked as wider reach.ThailandPhilippinesVietnamSingaporeIndonesiaKuwaitSaudi ArabiaBahrainQatarOmanMalaysiaUAE

The gap

Entering the UAE is not a shipping problem.

It is a registration problem, a labelling problem, and a channel problem. Authority approvals, Arabic labelling, an importer of record, a listing that actually converts on Noon, a distributor who returns your calls. Miss one and the container sits in port while your shelf life burns.

How it works

The corridor

Four stages between your production line and a Gulf consumer. One partner across all of them.

  1. 01 — UAE compliance

    Register

Product registration with the relevant UAE authorities, Arabic labelling, ingredient and claim review, and the documentation pack — cleared before a single carton ships.

  2. 02 — Landed in-country

    Import

We act as your route in. Freight coordination, customs clearance, duties, and storage inside the Emirates, so your product arrives as stock rather than as a problem.

  3. 03 — Direct to consumer

    List

Your product live on Noon and Amazon.ae — listing content in English and Arabic, imagery, pricing strategy, and the advertising spend that turns a listing into velocity.

  4. 04 — Into retail

    Distribute

Placement with FMCG distributors, wholesalers and retail chains across the UAE, and the groundwork for the wider GCC once the UAE proves the product.

Two sides

For Malaysian brands

You make the product. We handle the market.

You keep doing what you already do well. We take responsibility for everything between your loading bay and a Gulf customer.

See what we handle

For GCC distributors

You know your shelves. We bring products that fill them.

We represent Malaysian manufacturers looking for Gulf distribution — already registered, already compliant, already landed.

Channels

Where your product actually ends up.

Registration and import only get your product into the country. These are the places it meets a buyer — and MASA already sells through them, so your product lists through accounts that exist rather than waiting behind an application.

Online

  • Noon

    UAE · Saudi · Egypt

The region's own marketplace, built in the Gulf for Gulf buyers. The one that matters most for reaching Saudi Arabia alongside the UAE.

  • Amazon.ae

    UAE

Amazon's UAE marketplace, grown out of Souq.com. Prime delivery, and the buyer confidence that comes with a name people already trust.

  • Salla

    Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia's own commerce platform. Not a marketplace — your own Arabic storefront, with the payment and delivery methods Saudi buyers expect built in.

  • Shopify

    Global

A storefront you own rather than rent. For selling direct, holding your own customer relationship, and reaching markets no regional marketplace covers.

  • Oman Promo

    Oman

Oman's own multi-vendor marketplace, Arabic-first, where international brands list alongside local products. Promotion-led, which suits a product that needs to be tried in a market before a distributor there will commit to it.

In trade

The offline half. Placement here is negotiated rather than applied for, which is exactly why it needs someone already in the market — we make the introductions, agree the terms, and stay accountable for the product after it is on the shelf.

  • FMCG distributors

    Wholesale

The wholesalers who move a whole category into hundreds of independent stores at once. We make the introduction and structure the trade terms and margins — the part a manufacturer abroad has no standing to negotiate.

  • Retail chains

    Grocery & pharmacy

Supermarket and pharmacy groups, where a listing is won on category fit and then has to be earned again. We support the listing submission, then run the in-market activation and sampling that decides whether it is repeated.

  • Logistics

    Storage & last mile

Storage inside the Emirates and order fulfilment into each channel. We are not a freight company — we hold the standing in-market and coordinate the specialists who move and store your stock.

Malaysian institutions

Malaysian exporters do not travel alone.

These are the institutions whose programmes, trade missions and offices sit behind Malaysian brands moving into the Gulf.
